Bulent is the founder of SmartStarts Consultancy LTD which produces turnkey HR projects for customers from various sectors across UK, Europe and Turkey.

He has 18 years of corporate experience. He is an accredited assessment and development center assessor. Also his specialties can be summarized as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, Strategic Human Resources Management, Organisational Development and n Job Architecture Framework.

With Arcelik (Beko), his human resources career started. He was a senior business partner who was responsible of more than 1000 employees and managers in the Consumer Services, R&D and Production Technologies functions. Later, he played a key role in Arçelik’s creation of the global employer brand, and also established the global talent acquisition process.

He was also the project manager of implementation of BMW’s Global Retail HR systems to Turkey BMW dealers.

Bulent has bachelor’s degree in Market Research & Advertising and also Labor Economics & Industrial Relations.


Aydan started her career in Arcelik(Beko) and worked as an expert engineer in production planning, inventory control, purchasing, and strategic planning.

During this period, she took part in the certification processes of “Total Quality Management”, “ISO 9000”, “ISO 14000”, worked as the Lead Quality Auditor and led the process development projects. She took an active part in the identification, implementation and training of the purchasing and strategic planning processes.

After deciding to work people-oriented, she continued her career as an HR manager. She led projects in the fields of organisational development studies, industrial relations, competency assessment, recruitment, performance management designs, identification and development of employees with management potential.

She is a certified coach and also an accredited assessment / development center assessor.

Aydan has bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.


Eylem is a highly experienced HR Professional with 18 years of experience in action, international recruitment and head – hunting.

Throughout his corporate career, she actively participated in global recruitment agencies and projects in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, America and Asia.  She led the recruitment and sales teams as well.

She is also the founder of Conexus International Recruitment, with offices in Istanbul and London, and has experience in international recruitment not only in major economies but also in emerging markets such as Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Egypt, Algeria and Nigeria.

With her experience in establishing long-term business relationships, she has a portfolio that includes prestigious, leading multinational companies, especially in the fields of O&G, Construction, IT and Telecommunications.

Graduated from Istanbul University and has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She is certified in Competency Based Interview by DDI. In addition to her native Turkish, she speaks English and Spanish.


During her 20 years of corporate experience, she worked as a Senior HR Business Partner in consumer services, supply chain, R&D, purchasing, finance and technology functions.

Her areas of expertise: Organisational development, Human Resources planning, talent acquisition, performance management and compensation and grade analysis.

Arzu is also an accredited assessment and development center assessor.

She has bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.


Deniz pursued a career in Human Resources to work focusing on people. Her career journey started at Başer Chemical and continued in Numil, Öztay Textile, İş Leasing and Pegasus Airlines and APS Textile. She participated in all human resources processes; she has conducted many selection, placement and RPO projects besides strategic management, organisational development, and leadership projects.

In addition to employer branding and in-house culture projects, she played essential roles in infrastructure works within the scope of sustainability.

She is an active coach and took part in management and leadership projects after NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner training. Deniz has a BA in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations.


Dicle is an experienced Tech and Business Recruiter, as well as a People&Culture Consultant, with a diverse background spanning over 10 years in industries such as Saas, internet, fintech, telco, and consumer electronics. Throughout her career, she has assisted organizations ranging from small startups with 12 employees to large corporations with 30,000 employees.

Having worked on both sides of the recruitment industry, as an in-house recruiter and an outsource recruitment consultant for IBM Talent Optimization Solutions, she brings a unique perspective to her work.

Over the past 5 years, Dicle has specialized in helping growing Tech startups in a Head of People and Culture role. She has developed efficient and agile people strategies that have enabled these startups to scale their business.

Dicle graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Psychology, which has equipped her with excellent stakeholder management, communication, project management, and negotiation skills.

Additionally, Dicle is the founder of Tech Talent Hub, a Dubai-based company that offers agile People & Culture services to Tech Startups in the GCC Region.


Yeliz,  started her career at Arçelik, where she made significant contributions to the Human Resources department. She began as an HR specialist and moved up the ladder through different important roles. These roles included working on employee compensation system, managing expatriate assignments, handling rewards,systems and finally becoming an HR Shared Services Manager.

One of Yeliz’s major achievements was a project to executing the job grading project.. Another accomplishment was setting up a Flexible Benefits system for employees, using an innovative online platform.

When Yeliz moved to the United States, her journey took a transformative turn. She kept her passion for learning alive and became skilled in using Salesforce’s Trailhead platform. She earned certifications as an Admin and App Builder.

Yeliz’s strong dedication to growth led her to join the ServiceNow NextGen program. She was accepted into the ServiceNow NextGen program and successfully completed the program, earning the CSA certification.

Throughout her diverse journey, Yeliz not only gained a wide range of skills but also developed unwavering strength in dealing with challenges.

Yeliz graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
