• FINDING THE CANDIDATES

     

    Through our extensive professional network, we communicate with targeted profiles, and we scan candidates through our national and local career portals and our Linkedin Recruiter account.

  • SHORT-LISTING

     

    Preliminary interview: The first candidate interviews aim to measure the compliance of the candidate’s critical competencies with your position expectations and organisation dynamics. Accordingly, we can conduct competency-based interviews at the level of the position (if any) in line with the previously defined competencies of your organisation.

  • MEETING THE CANDIDATES

     

    We organise the meeting of the candidates with you as soon as possible after the preliminary evaluations. After each meeting, we stay in touch with you and candidates regarding the next steps.

  • REFERENCE CHECK

     

    We carry out the professional reference (and social media checks if requested) of the candidates who are in the final stage in accordance with the candidate’s consent and knowledge. After the checks, we inform you verbally or in writing.

  • AGREEMENT & PRE-ON-BOARDING

     

    We make written job offers to candidates whose recruitment decisions are made and we provide the necessary communication until the contract signing process, if an agreement is reached. We monitor the candidate’s level of meeting your expectations and success in adapting to the job during the trial period after starting the job.

  • MONITORING SATISFACTION

     

    It is very important that we get your ideas to ensure your maximum satisfaction and perfect our processes. We send you and your employee a satisfaction survey about the recruitment process after your candidate is on the job.
