JOB DESCRIPTION

 Act as a HR Business Partner of Sales & Logistics department, will be directly reporting to HR Manager of Duzey Pazarlama:

·        To support Sales and Logistics organization and people by understand the business needs and take active role in customized solutions & projects

·        To collaborate with the respective partner department and the employees in all HR processes as included performance development, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, reward management and organizational change

·        Being a trusted advisor for teams; serving as the first point of contact for teams for all HR matters

·        Managing employee life cycle focusing on employee experience; executing core HR processes

·        Assessing organizational needs and executing on talent management strategies to support team’s growth,

·        Supporting managers in handling conversations like performance and career growth,

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Degree qualification with previous experience in a HR Business Partner role within an international company environment.

·        Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology and Social Sciences areas of study or other related disciplines

·        Min. 4 years of experience as HR Business Partner

·        Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

·        Curious, eager to learn, innovative and positive can-do attitude

·        Prior experience working within a FMCG environment would be highly desirable

·        Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence at managerial levels

·        Good knowledge of MS Office applications and data management skills

·        Strong analytical thinking skills with focus in details

·        Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations – ability to serve multiple customers (employees, managers, HR)

·        Ability to dive deep and develop innovative ideas for process challenges

·        Ability to travel 30-40% of working time is required.
