  • To develop digital, self-renewing, repetitive and growing health technologies with artificial intelligence, data analytics, software and hardware designs for the health sector,
  • To provide national and international consultancy services regarding medicine, health services and health equipment and other aims and subjects of KoçYaşa.

And now we are looking for a Corporate Communications Unit Manager to share this excitement with us.

About the role

It’s an exciting opportunity to be a part of this new company working as a Corporate Communications Unit Manager reporting directly to the People & Culture Director.

You will be in charge of strategically driving all proactive and reactive corporate communications agendas to strengthen KoçYaşa’s reputation in its internal and external stakeholders network.

You will be based in İstanbul Çamlıca iş Merkezi and expected to work in a hybrid model.

Your key focus will be to:

  • Understand macro and micro-environment, both from a digital and traditional point of view and create annual and proactive plans to enhance KoçYaşa corporate reputation,
  • Create and implement a consistent and coordinated corporate communications approach.
  • Develop and deliver high quality and original corporate communications campaigns, projects and events,
  • Develop and implement communication campaigns that demonstrate KoçYaşa’s approach to CSR and sustainability,
  • Deliver KoçYaşa’s story to create public opinion, through multiple channels such as social media, web, blog posts, press releases, interviews, contacts with opinion leaders,
  • Understand policy areas relevant to KoçYaşa and the wider industry and creatively consider how these policy areas impact the business and how to build KoçYaşa’s voice,
  • Support brand projects and campaigns, with a focus on those that are more relevant to corporate communications,
  • Support HR communications for enhanced employee engagement, employer brand initiatives and related external events.

About you

You will be the perfect match if you have:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate communications in B2B and B2C
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications & Media, Journalism or in any other relevant fields,
  • The expertise of external and internal communication activities,
  • Strong experience in media relations, brand communication and crises communication,
  • Solid verbal & written communications skills,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Enthusiasm to develop new projects and partnerships.

We will be impressed, also if you have:

  • Experience in the medical sector,
  • Experience in a marketing agency,
  • Storytelling ability to influence internal and external stakeholders,
  • Organized and detail-oriented personality with a capacity to multi-task,
  • Have the ability to work under tight schedules,
  • Independency as well as will to be a part of a team,
