About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Analytics, Compensation and Performance Management Senior Specialist who will report to Sendeo Head of People & Culture and manage all the activities about HR analytics, performance and the C&B in a growing company.

You will:

  • Be responsible for compensation and benefits processes and performance management systems,
  • Carry out the annual workforce planning/personnel budget studies and periodic forecasts throughout the year,
  • Manage SAP HR database together with all its integrated systems/platforms in close coordination with related Payroll and IT admins, ensuring the highest quality of personnel data and reporting,
  • Carry out HR Analytics projects and provide any HR management ad-hoc reports,
  • Carry out job evaluation studies within the organisation, prepare/analyse salary benchmarking data through annual salary surveys and comparison tools,
  • Support other HR functions and take an active part in HR process improvement and agile projects.


It would be great if you:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in related HR functions,
  • Familiar with the job evaluation methodology,
  • Experience in salary and performance management, preferably knowledge about OKR,
  • Have an excellent command of MS Office programs,
  • Have knowledge of SAP HR module,
  • Bachelor’s degree in related departments,
  • Having an excellent command of written and spoken English.
