About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a vital part of the Tat Gıda marketing team, working as a Consumer & Market Insights Manager, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.

You will be based in İstanbul and expected to work in a hybrid model.

Your key focus will be to:

  • Conduct customized research to identify new business opportunities,
  • Deliver presentations highlighting current and future consumer trends,
  • Translate consumer and market insights into new product ideas,
  • Work closely with brand management and R&D/Product Development teams to provide guidance for new product design & development,
  • Generate post-launch learning with brand management and trade marketing teams,
  • Analyse present and future trends and align product strategies accordingly
  • Leverage research data to proactively identify business opportunities and gain internal support to act upon these opportunities,
  • Manage and communicate all research inventory for Tat and category brands
  • Manage relations with all research partners ecosystem and the research budget,
  • Perform with innovation development groups to conduct insights as well as design outputs to their work,
  • Manage and evaluate portfolio data and innovation pipeline assisting strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market process.

About you

You will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
  • Strong background and experience in market research and consumer insights
  • Minimum six years of relevant experience in a marketing position essentially for FMCG (e.g., in roles covering but not limited to Strategic Category Management, Product Management, Consumer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales and Channel Strategy, Integrated Business Planning, Brand/Product Innovation),
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills alongside strategic and analytical thinking,
  • Demonstrate consistent delivery of results by inspiring teams and exhibiting a presence that builds confidence in yourself and others.
